The Oscar de la Renta Designed Hotel is the First Location of the Designer’s New Concept of Destination Luxury Retail
Tortuga Bay, Puntacana Resort & Club, is honored to debut Oscar de la Renta’s first resort boutique. The 1,000 square foot store is set among the villas of the luxury boutique hotel. The store introduces a new concept for the brand based on destination luxury retailing, and offers guests the ability to shop from the elegant and timeless vision of Oscar de la Renta that also defines the uniquely Dominican experience of staying at Tortuga Bay.
The product assortment in the store emphasizes more casual apparel, resort wear, accessories, home décor & beauty, including a new sunscreen developed specifically for the boutique, although it will be sold in all Oscar de la Renta stores as well as on Oscardelarenta.com. The boutique’s design is based on that of a seed house from George Washington’s home at Mt. Vernon, and is constructed of the same beautiful pale coral rock used in the construction of Tortuga Bay.
Visit the store to shop from a beautiful selection of merchandise personally selected by Mr. de la Renta, including beautiful swimwear, caftans, and pareos for women, or classic guayaberas for men. The store also carries an assortment of fashion jewelry exclusive to the location, in addition to clutches, sunglasses and fragrances.
