Driving Range Closed
Dear Property Owners:
As part of our constant efforts to improve our resort we are going to be renovating our La Cana Driving Range as of Monday July 28th, 2008.
The work schedule puts us having this project finished by December 1st but this could vary due to weather and other variables.
We will keep you posted as to how we advance on this important work.

Airport VIP Services
Dear Property Owners:
In the interest of providing you with excellent quality services at our resort, we have made some adjustments to the VIP Services handling at the Puntacana airport.
As of August 1st, 2008 the following policies will be in effect:
- VIP Services at the Puntacana Airport (assistance at arrival and departure) are for the home owner and his direct family.
- Home owner guests will be provided with these services when arriving or departing with the home owner.
- All requests for VIP Services must be addressed via email or fax to The Estates Experience Department at email theestatesexperience@puntacana.com or fax # 809-959-9895. Please include in your request names, dates and flight information.
- No arrangements will be made directly at the airport and all requests to the airport directly will be referred to The Estates Experience.
- Requests must be sent with 24 hours lead time.

Energy Interruption Notification Corales Residents

Dog Policy Reminder
Dear Property Owners:
As always we hope this note finds you well.
At this time we find ourselves in the need to bring back the policy regarding dogs in the property sent to you in a communication on May 29th, 2008.
After this notice was sent some of you sent us your own points of view in regards to this matter which were well received as it brought different perspectives to the resort management.
As of two weeks ago stray dogs are no longer roaming the property but we continue to have a problem with dogs belonging to property owners.
Apparently there are cases in which dogs belonging to property owners continue to roam freely throughout the resort.
Last week we had an unfortunate incident in which dogs attacked a property owner riding in a golf cart, proving the danger that this represents to both families and dogs.
To better serve you, we once again urge you to please follow the policies set by the resort management.
