Daily Activities and Happy New Year!!
Dear Property Owners:
Let me take te opportunity to wish you a very Happy New Year 2009!!
For those of you are here, we are looking forward to seeing you tonight, and for those of you who aren't here, we will send you pictures!
When you have a moment, please read the blogs of the last few days for important information in regards to tonight's New Year Eve party at La Cana Golf & Beach Club and other activities around the resort.
Before giving you today's activities I want to remind everyone of an important safety issue. Resort policy is that no child under 10 years old is allowed to drive a golf cart even if he is with an adult. Children from 10 years old to 14 years old can drive golf carts only if they are accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age and children over 15 years old are authorized to drive golf carts with no supervision. We ask all parents to help us with this important policy for everyone's safety.
I also want to take the opportunity to congratulate and thank Felix de los Santos our Tennis Pro for the great Oscar de la Renta Social Tennis Tournament that he ran and we assure you that we will make this tennis tournament better every year!

La Cana Golf & Beach Club operations
Dear Property Owners:
As we get ready for the preparation of our New Year's Eve party at La Cana Golf & Beach Club we want to inform you of some changes in the operation of the clubhouse:
The Grill will open normally tomorrow and will be closed on December 31st and January 1st. We reccommend that you try our re-opened La Choza restaurant for lunch, or any of our other lunch options.
Cocoloba will be open tomorrow and will be closed on December 31st and January 1st.
Los Platanos bar will operate normally tomorrow, on the 31st of December will be open to 3:00pm and will have sandwiches and wraps until that time as the Grill will be closed.
Pool operations will be open today until 4:00pm and at that time the pool will be closed for the installation of the roof for the party, opening back on January 2nd. The pools at The Puntacana Hotel will be available for your use.
Beach operations will be open every day and will not be affected.
Thank you for your understanding as we prepare a fantastic party for you on December 31st!

Daily activities and info on the New Year's Eve party at La Cana Golf and Beach Club!
Dear Property Owners:
It was a pleasure to see those of you who were able to attend last night's cocktail at Mr and Mrs Rainieri's home. Everybody had a great time!!
We want to remind you that today is the last day to sign up and pay for the New Year's Eve party at La Cana Golf & Beach Club. Please contact Filomena Calcerano or the Owners Concierge to make your arrangements.
For those of you who have children and want to have them in an organized safe area while you are at the New Years Eve party, we have set up a New Years Eve children activity in meeting room Yara at The Puntacana Hotel from 7:00pm to 1:00am. Children from 4 to 12 years old will be able to enjoy food, drinks, making artwork, making balloon shapes, games and movies under the supervision of our Carrousel Kids club staff. Cost per chid is US $ 40.00 and you can send your own nanny with your child without an extra cost.
We would also like to remind you that there will be a party at Punta Cava in Puntacana Village starting at 1:00am and that we will have shuttle service on the hour from the Clubhouse.
Today is the beginning of the Oscar de la Renta Social Tennis Tournament which this year will run two days. Play today will be in the singles category and tomorrow Tuesday will be doubles. Stop by and watch a lot of fun tennis!!

BANA beauty salon opening in The Puntacana Hotel!

Dear Property Owners:
As another year ends and 2009 begins, I would like to share with you some of the major accomplishments of 2008, as well as inform you about those dreams that are soon to become to a reality.
At this time, we are concluding Puntacana Resort & Club’s new Main Gate and Service Gate. This project is designed to better service you and your guests. Do note that this is the first part of the resort access project, which will be completely implemented within the next few months. When entering and departing the property, everyone will be required to present their Property Owner’s ID or employees ID at the gates. Guests will need to be announced by sending an email to Owners Concierge or contacting the Main Gate and requested to provide and leave a personal ID that will be returned upon departure at the Main Gate.
The Service Gate will be used by all private service providers such as pool cleaning, gardening, catering and others as well as by private home employees. We are currently organizing a special transportation shuttle system for private employees , that along with other internal control measures, will be announced next year by Vitaly Gavison, our Security Director and Alberto Abreu, Hospitality Director. Implementing these measures is of great importance as we move forward with this new project and your help will make a great difference to assure a successful transition.
Another important step in our community was the inauguration of Scotiabank in our 1ro de Noviembre Avenue at Puntacana Village. This is the first of several new banks that will open branches here throughout the upcoming year. On January 2009, the 4th stage of Galerias at Puntacana Village will be opened. This 4th stage will offer more options and services, including a bakery, Mailboxes Inc, restaurants, shops and others.
We are proud to announce that Terminal B at Punta Cana International Airport has been completed. This new terminal has special Check In – VIP Kiosks for our Home Owners as well special parking spaces. All of these services are intended to better service you at the airport and thus reduce the time that you spend checking in.
At the end of January we will inaugurate Puntacana Resort and Club’s main entrance avenue with its tunnel for golf carts and golf equipment that will serve as a bridge between Hacienda and La Cana. At this time we will begin the first stage of conversion of the current roads into roads exclusively for golf carts, bicycles, horses and jogging so owners can move about the resort without large motorized vehicle interference.
Make sure to mark your calendars, as on Saturday, March 7, 2009, we will celebrate our Second Punta Cana Carnival, which will be great fun for the whole family.
Ilumel, one of the largest home décor stores in the country, opened successfully this year in our Shopping Mall. Soon, Cerarte (home flooring) and a professional Gym will open there too. Jumbo Supermarket and Ferreteria Americana are also scheduled by contract, to begin construction during the first trimester of 2009.
Puntacana Resort & Club has partnered with an international company, Blue Mall, to build a 30,000mts2 (300,000 square feet) high end mall, which is already being designed and will be ready to begin construction by mid 2009.
Our residential project Hacienda continues to advance rapidly in both the construction of its course and real estate sales, having now more than 100 lot owners there. Once the first 9 holes of Hacienda are finished, we will immediately proceed to upgrade all of La Cana Golf Course. It is important to acknowledge that the new beautiful practice range, which will serve both La Cana and Hacienda, is being concluded within the first months of 2009.
As of February and through the rest of 2009; Hacienda, Marina, Tortuga, La Cana and Arrecife home and lot owners will be able to play the Corales Golf Course while La Cana is being upgraded. Further information and conditions will be informed within the next few weeks.
International laws and governmental agreements that were recently signed prohibit Puntacana Resort & Club from continuing to provide cable services to our homeowners, like we did in the past. For months we were waiting for Codetel, our phone service supplier, to present a cable system proposal as providers. Six months have passed and we still have not received one. Due to legal issues and to the number of complaints received by users, we created a committee to evaluate proposals from other licensed cable suppliers. The committee chose Silver Cable, the largest cable supplier of the area and the only one that could offer the service on the short term. The rate negotiated is similar to the ones offered by other projects like ours. Silver Cable is an option but users are free to choose the cable supplier of their preference.
We are currently building Playa Blanca Beach Cuisine & Lounge. This new beach restaurant will be located next to Club Mediterrane and will serve as a restaurant/bar where guests can dine or simply have drinks. Playa Blanca will open during the first trimester of the year 2009.
As of the Holiday Season, we will restrict access to La Cana Golf & Beach Club to guests from outside the Puntacana Resort & Club community. Therefore, we want to remind you to contact your Owner’s Concierge if you are bringing guests to La Cana Golf & Beach Club.
Throughout the last 40 years, hard work, perseverance and our love for Puntacana have helped us overcome the challenges and reach our goals. In times as challenging as this, we feel blessed for having had a 2008 full of achievements, and for upholding our company as strong and reliable as ever. Through 2009, we will maintain our growth and continue to develop our projects as planned, as we still have many dreams to attain.
For those who wish to visit the projects mentioned above, as well as a few others, we would love for you to join us on a property tour, with myself as Tour Guide. The meeting point will be The Grand Salon at La Cana Golf & Beach Club next Sunday, December 28th at 10:00 am.

Main Gate and Service Gate
Dear Property Owners:
It is with great pleasure that we announce as of December 17th, 2008, Puntacana Resort & Club will open its new Main Gate and Service Gate. This project has been in the works for over 2 years and is designed to better service you and your guests. Please note that this is the first phase of this project and will be completely implemented within the next few months.
Please be advised that when entering and departing the property, everyone will be required to present their Property Owner’s ID at the gates. Please make sure that all your direct family members have the proper identification to show gate personnel. Special stickers have been created for all home owners’ vehicles. Stickers will be available this week at the Owner’s Concierge.
As of December 17th, guests will need to be announced by sending us a note to ownersconcierge@puntacana.com or contacting the Main Gate at (829) 257-3489 (this number will change later on, and this will be adviced to you). We require the names and number of guests visiting and prefer that the call be made by a family member. If the gate is not previously informed of the visit, they will proceed to call your home in order for you to grant access authorization. Visitors will be requested to provide and leave a personal ID and given a vehicle identification sign to be placed on the windshield. The guest’s ID will be returned upon departure at the Main Gate.
Attached you will find an application form that must be filled out for each of your private home employees. Once you have completed the form, please return it to the Owner’s Concierge as soon as possible and they will contact you with the next steps in the process. In order to get an entrance ID, and as part of this application process, all private home employees will need to get a background check from the Dominican Police Department. There is a cost of RD$1,000 for each ID process and Police Department background check. Please notice that for entrance and departure, all private home employees will be expected to use only the Service Gate.
We will also need to have the names of companies that provide services regularly to your homes, such as pool cleaning, gardening, catering and others. The names of these companies, along with their contact information should be sent to ownersconcierge@puntacana.com with a copy to my email aabreu@puntacana.com .
Implementing these measures is of great importance as we move forward with this new project. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter and if you have any questions please make sure to contact me. Your help will make a great difference to assure a successful transition.

PB Dye Christmas Cup Golf Tournament, December 20th, 2008
Dear Property Owners:
We have the pleasure to inform you that the 8th version of the PB Dye Christmas Cup Golf Tournament will take place on Saturday the 20th of December at La Cana Golf and Beach Club!!
The tournament will be played under the same concept as last year’s, “2 Person Scramble”. The shotgun shall be at 9:00 am and a continental breakfast will be served at 7:30am. Lunch will be served and awards will be presented immediately after the round.
The cost per player is US$130.00.

On New Years Eve, after La Cana…Punta Cava!!!

At Puntacana Resort & Club we really know how to celebrate the arrival of 2009 !!!
Join us for drinks, dinner and dancing at our New Year's Eve Party at La Cana Golf & Beach Club. Then for those who want to continue, Punta Cava at Puntacana Village will have another great party starting at 1:00 a.m. on January 1st, until the wee hours of the morning.

New Years Eve Party 2008 and 40 Year Celebration!!!

It is a pleasure for us to give you the details of the fantastic party that we will have on December 31st at La Cana Golf and Beach Club. Our New Year’s Eve Party will have La Boba Band, Victor Mitrov as well as a local DJ.
We will start our celebration with a welcome cocktail in the Gran Salon at La Cana Golf & Beach Club House starting at 8:30pm.

“Made in Puntacana” – Photography exhibition - Pedrito Guzman

Cable TV Services
Dear Property Owners:
In the last week we changed our TV cable service to a company called Silver Cable which is based in the Puntacana region.
As of last week the TV cable service that the resort had been providing no longer exists.
Silver Cable is offering their service to all resort homes free of charge for you to try their service during the month of December and will begin charging for the service, to people signing up, as of January 1st, 2009.
There is an installation fee for homes without the current installation.
The installation fee is:
Basic (1 TV) – RD $ 1,850.00
Additional TV – RD $ 450.00
Again, this installation fee only applies to homes that do not have a current installation.
Silver Cable monthly fees are:
Basic (1 TV) – RD $ 1065.00 per month
Additional TV – RD $ 175.00 per TV per month
In the next few weeks, Silver Cable will have an office in Galerias Puntacana in Puntacana Village but in the meantime you can communicate with them in their offices in Bavaro at 809-435-4000.

Cable TV Services EMAIL SENT DEC 01ST

FOR REFERENCE ONLY, THIS EMAIL WAS SENT DECEMBER 01ST, 2008 BEFORE THE OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE CABLE SERVICE CHANGE, AJA
We are currently doing a change with the TV cable system and we will be sending you all necessary information between today and tomorrow.
This new service will be free of charge until December 31, 2008 and then you can opt to sign up for the service with a fee that will be informed to you in the explanation note we will be sending to you.
In the meantime, you should run the auto channel scan on your TV so that your TV detects all 88 channels available in this new service.
Attached is a list of the available channels.

La Cana Clubhouse operations this weekend December 6th & The Puntacana Hotel pool closing
Dear Property Owners:
This is to inform you that this weekend we have a prívate activity in the La Cana Clubhouse and there will be some changes in the regular operations of the club.
Saturday December 6th
The Grill Restaurant will be open from 11:00am to 2:00pm and there will be food service in Bar Los Platanos from 2:00pm to 3:30pm. Los Platanos will close at 3:30pm.
Coccoloba will be closed.
Pool operations will be closed at 2:00pm, beach will be open all day.
Sunday December 7th
Operations will run normally.
All the other areas of the resort will continue to operate normally, except the main pool at The Puntacana Hotel which will go into maintenance before high season and will be closed from today to the 20th of December. If you have any questions or you need to make any arrangements of any kind, please contact your Owner’s Concierge.

Daily Activities and Happy New Year!!
Dear Property Owners:
Let me take te opportunity to wish you a very Happy New Year 2009!!
For those of you are here, we are looking forward to seeing you tonight, and for those of you who aren't here, we will send you pictures!
When you have a moment, please read the blogs of the last few days for important information in regards to tonight's New Year Eve party at La Cana Golf & Beach Club and other activities around the resort.
Before giving you today's activities I want to remind everyone of an important safety issue. Resort policy is that no child under 10 years old is allowed to drive a golf cart even if he is with an adult. Children from 10 years old to 14 years old can drive golf carts only if they are accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age and children over 15 years old are authorized to drive golf carts with no supervision. We ask all parents to help us with this important policy for everyone's safety.
I also want to take the opportunity to congratulate and thank Felix de los Santos our Tennis Pro for the great Oscar de la Renta Social Tennis Tournament that he ran and we assure you that we will make this tennis tournament better every year!

La Cana Golf & Beach Club operations
Dear Property Owners:
As we get ready for the preparation of our New Year's Eve party at La Cana Golf & Beach Club we want to inform you of some changes in the operation of the clubhouse:
The Grill will open normally tomorrow and will be closed on December 31st and January 1st. We reccommend that you try our re-opened La Choza restaurant for lunch, or any of our other lunch options.
Cocoloba will be open tomorrow and will be closed on December 31st and January 1st.
Los Platanos bar will operate normally tomorrow, on the 31st of December will be open to 3:00pm and will have sandwiches and wraps until that time as the Grill will be closed.
Pool operations will be open today until 4:00pm and at that time the pool will be closed for the installation of the roof for the party, opening back on January 2nd. The pools at The Puntacana Hotel will be available for your use.
Beach operations will be open every day and will not be affected.

It was a pleasure to see those of you who were able to attend last night's cocktail at Mr and Mrs Rainieri's home. Everybody had a great time!!
We want to remind you that today is the last day to sign up and pay for the New Year's Eve party at La Cana Golf & Beach Club. Please contact Filomena Calcerano or the Owners Concierge to make your arrangements.
For those of you who have children and want to have them in an organized safe area while you are at the New Years Eve party, we have set up a New Years Eve children activity in meeting room Yara at The Puntacana Hotel from 7:00pm to 1:00am. Children from 4 to 12 years old will be able to enjoy food, drinks, making artwork, making balloon shapes, games and movies under the supervision of our Carrousel Kids club staff. Cost per chid is US $ 40.00 and you can send your own nanny with your child without an extra cost.
We would also like to remind you that there will be a party at Punta Cava in Puntacana Village starting at 1:00am and that we will have shuttle service on the hour from the Clubhouse.
Today is the beginning of the Oscar de la Renta Social Tennis Tournament which this year will run two days. Play today will be in the singles category and tomorrow Tuesday will be doubles. Stop by and watch a lot of fun tennis!!

BANA beauty salon opening in The Puntacana Hotel!

Dear Property Owners:
As another year ends and 2009 begins, I would like to share with you some of the major accomplishments of 2008, as well as inform you about those dreams that are soon to become to a reality.
At this time, we are concluding Puntacana Resort & Club’s new Main Gate and Service Gate. This project is designed to better service you and your guests. Do note that this is the first part of the resort access project, which will be completely implemented within the next few months. When entering and departing the property, everyone will be required to present their Property Owner’s ID or employees ID at the gates. Guests will need to be announced by sending an email to Owners Concierge or contacting the Main Gate and requested to provide and leave a personal ID that will be returned upon departure at the Main Gate.
The Service Gate will be used by all private service providers such as pool cleaning, gardening, catering and others as well as by private home employees. We are currently organizing a special transportation shuttle system for private employees , that along with other internal control measures, will be announced next year by Vitaly Gavison, our Security Director and Alberto Abreu, Hospitality Director. Implementing these measures is of great importance as we move forward with this new project and your help will make a great difference to assure a successful transition.
Another important step in our community was the inauguration of Scotiabank in our 1ro de Noviembre Avenue at Puntacana Village. This is the first of several new banks that will open branches here throughout the upcoming year. On January 2009, the 4th stage of Galerias at Puntacana Village will be opened. This 4th stage will offer more options and services, including a bakery, Mailboxes Inc, restaurants, shops and others.
We are proud to announce that Terminal B at Punta Cana International Airport has been completed. This new terminal has special Check In – VIP Kiosks for our Home Owners as well special parking spaces. All of these services are intended to better service you at the airport and thus reduce the time that you spend checking in.
At the end of January we will inaugurate Puntacana Resort and Club’s main entrance avenue with its tunnel for golf carts and golf equipment that will serve as a bridge between Hacienda and La Cana. At this time we will begin the first stage of conversion of the current roads into roads exclusively for golf carts, bicycles, horses and jogging so owners can move about the resort without large motorized vehicle interference.
Make sure to mark your calendars, as on Saturday, March 7, 2009, we will celebrate our Second Punta Cana Carnival, which will be great fun for the whole family.
Ilumel, one of the largest home décor stores in the country, opened successfully this year in our Shopping Mall. Soon, Cerarte (home flooring) and a professional Gym will open there too. Jumbo Supermarket and Ferreteria Americana are also scheduled by contract, to begin construction during the first trimester of 2009.
Puntacana Resort & Club has partnered with an international company, Blue Mall, to build a 30,000mts2 (300,000 square feet) high end mall, which is already being designed and will be ready to begin construction by mid 2009.
Our residential project Hacienda continues to advance rapidly in both the construction of its course and real estate sales, having now more than 100 lot owners there. Once the first 9 holes of Hacienda are finished, we will immediately proceed to upgrade all of La Cana Golf Course. It is important to acknowledge that the new beautiful practice range, which will serve both La Cana and Hacienda, is being concluded within the first months of 2009.
As of February and through the rest of 2009; Hacienda, Marina, Tortuga, La Cana and Arrecife home and lot owners will be able to play the Corales Golf Course while La Cana is being upgraded. Further information and conditions will be informed within the next few weeks.
International laws and governmental agreements that were recently signed prohibit Puntacana Resort & Club from continuing to provide cable services to our homeowners, like we did in the past. For months we were waiting for Codetel, our phone service supplier, to present a cable system proposal as providers. Six months have passed and we still have not received one. Due to legal issues and to the number of complaints received by users, we created a committee to evaluate proposals from other licensed cable suppliers. The committee chose Silver Cable, the largest cable supplier of the area and the only one that could offer the service on the short term. The rate negotiated is similar to the ones offered by other projects like ours. Silver Cable is an option but users are free to choose the cable supplier of their preference.
We are currently building Playa Blanca Beach Cuisine & Lounge. This new beach restaurant will be located next to Club Mediterrane and will serve as a restaurant/bar where guests can dine or simply have drinks. Playa Blanca will open during the first trimester of the year 2009.
As of the Holiday Season, we will restrict access to La Cana Golf & Beach Club to guests from outside the Puntacana Resort & Club community. Therefore, we want to remind you to contact your Owner’s Concierge if you are bringing guests to La Cana Golf & Beach Club.
Throughout the last 40 years, hard work, perseverance and our love for Puntacana have helped us overcome the challenges and reach our goals. In times as challenging as this, we feel blessed for having had a 2008 full of achievements, and for upholding our company as strong and reliable as ever. Through 2009, we will maintain our growth and continue to develop our projects as planned, as we still have many dreams to attain.
For those who wish to visit the projects mentioned above, as well as a few others, we would love for you to join us on a property tour, with myself as Tour Guide. The meeting point will be The Grand Salon at La Cana Golf & Beach Club next Sunday, December 28th at 10:00 am.

Main Gate and Service Gate
Dear Property Owners:
It is with great pleasure that we announce as of December 17th, 2008, Puntacana Resort & Club will open its new Main Gate and Service Gate. This project has been in the works for over 2 years and is designed to better service you and your guests. Please note that this is the first phase of this project and will be completely implemented within the next few months.
Please be advised that when entering and departing the property, everyone will be required to present their Property Owner’s ID at the gates. Please make sure that all your direct family members have the proper identification to show gate personnel. Special stickers have been created for all home owners’ vehicles. Stickers will be available this week at the Owner’s Concierge.
As of December 17th, guests will need to be announced by sending us a note to ownersconcierge@puntacana.com or contacting the Main Gate at (829) 257-3489 (this number will change later on, and this will be adviced to you). We require the names and number of guests visiting and prefer that the call be made by a family member. If the gate is not previously informed of the visit, they will proceed to call your home in order for you to grant access authorization. Visitors will be requested to provide and leave a personal ID and given a vehicle identification sign to be placed on the windshield. The guest’s ID will be returned upon departure at the Main Gate.
Attached you will find an application form that must be filled out for each of your private home employees. Once you have completed the form, please return it to the Owner’s Concierge as soon as possible and they will contact you with the next steps in the process. In order to get an entrance ID, and as part of this application process, all private home employees will need to get a background check from the Dominican Police Department. There is a cost of RD$1,000 for each ID process and Police Department background check. Please notice that for entrance and departure, all private home employees will be expected to use only the Service Gate.
We will also need to have the names of companies that provide services regularly to your homes, such as pool cleaning, gardening, catering and others. The names of these companies, along with their contact information should be sent to ownersconcierge@puntacana.com with a copy to my email aabreu@puntacana.com .
Implementing these measures is of great importance as we move forward with this new project. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter and if you have any questions please make sure to contact me. Your help will make a great difference to assure a successful transition.

PB Dye Christmas Cup Golf Tournament, December 20th, 2008
We have the pleasure to inform you that the 8th version of the PB Dye Christmas Cup Golf Tournament will take place on Saturday the 20th of December at La Cana Golf and Beach Club!!
The tournament will be played under the same concept as last year’s, “2 Person Scramble”. The shotgun shall be at 9:00 am and a continental breakfast will be served at 7:30am. Lunch will be served and awards will be presented immediately after the round.
The cost per player is US$130.00.

At Puntacana Resort & Club we really know how to celebrate the arrival of 2009 !!!
Join us for drinks, dinner and dancing at our New Year's Eve Party at La Cana Golf & Beach Club. Then for those who want to continue, Punta Cava at Puntacana Village will have another great party starting at 1:00 a.m. on January 1st, until the wee hours of the morning.

New Years Eve Party 2008 and 40 Year Celebration!!!

Cable TV Services
Dear Property Owners:
In the last week we changed our TV cable service to a company called Silver Cable which is based in the Puntacana region.
As of last week the TV cable service that the resort had been providing no longer exists.
Silver Cable is offering their service to all resort homes free of charge for you to try their service during the month of December and will begin charging for the service, to people signing up, as of January 1st, 2009.
There is an installation fee for homes without the current installation.
The installation fee is:
Basic (1 TV) – RD $ 1,850.00
Additional TV – RD $ 450.00
Again, this installation fee only applies to homes that do not have a current installation.
Silver Cable monthly fees are:
Basic (1 TV) – RD $ 1065.00 per month
Additional TV – RD $ 175.00 per TV per month
In the next few weeks, Silver Cable will have an office in Galerias Puntacana in Puntacana Village but in the meantime you can communicate with them in their offices in Bavaro at 809-435-4000.

Cable TV Services EMAIL SENT DEC 01ST
Dear Property Owners:
FOR REFERENCE ONLY, THIS EMAIL WAS SENT DECEMBER 01ST, 2008 BEFORE THE OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE CABLE SERVICE CHANGE, AJA
We are currently doing a change with the TV cable system and we will be sending you all necessary information between today and tomorrow.
This new service will be free of charge until December 31, 2008 and then you can opt to sign up for the service with a fee that will be informed to you in the explanation note we will be sending to you.
In the meantime, you should run the auto channel scan on your TV so that your TV detects all 88 channels available in this new service.
Attached is a list of the available channels.

La Cana Clubhouse operations this weekend December 6th & The Puntacana Hotel pool closing
Dear Property Owners:
This is to inform you that this weekend we have a prívate activity in the La Cana Clubhouse and there will be some changes in the regular operations of the club.
Saturday December 6th
The Grill Restaurant will be open from 11:00am to 2:00pm and there will be food service in Bar Los Platanos from 2:00pm to 3:30pm. Los Platanos will close at 3:30pm.
Coccoloba will be closed.
Pool operations will be closed at 2:00pm, beach will be open all day.
Sunday December 7th
Operations will run normally.
All the other areas of the resort will continue to operate normally, except the main pool at The Puntacana Hotel which will go into maintenance before high season and will be closed from today to the 20th of December. If you have any questions or you need to make any arrangements of any kind, please contact your Owner’s Concierge.
