Junior Golf Program at La Cana Golf
Dear Property Owners:
As part of our continued efforts to promote golf in our resort and in our region we would like to invite all junior ages 6-16 to come and join us this summer in learning the game of golf.
Our main golf is to keep al events fun and enjoyable.
We will be offering daily lessons, weekly clinics, a junior camp and hosting a tournament as well as a drive, chip and putt competition.
Please encourage your child into learning a game that will last a lifetime.

News from La Cana Golf Course
Dear Property Owners:
As one of our new projects for 2009, we have signed an agreement with FEDOGOLF (Dominican Golf Federation) which will enable us to have access to the GHIN handicap system as well as their complete database which is linked to the USGA.
As some of you might already know, GHIN is the #1 handicap verification system in the United States. We will be using this system for all of our tournaments to ensure that everyone is playing with the correct handicap.
This system will give you a proper index to take to any affiliated golf course.
We would like to know if you would be interested in signing up for this system and if you would like to make this your home course. Anybody who already has a GHIN # please send it to us and anybody who would like to sign up for this we will need your last 10 scores with the specific course, slope and rating, as well as your basic contact information.
Another one of our projects that has already commenced is to improve the conditions of the lockers on the golf side of the Club House.
We would appreciate if anyone who currently has access to a locker please remove their items for the time being and return the key to the Pro Shop so we may identify the locker. If you are not going to be coming to the resort for the next couple of months and you have an occupied locker please send us an email to golf@puntacana.com telling us the general location of the locker and a description of the items that you have there.
Anyone who is interested in using a locker simply is required to send us an email and we will reserve the requested space. We hope to have everything arranged and reassigned in a few weeks and appreciate your patience and continued support.
