Thanksgiving Activities at PUNTACANA Resort & Club / Actividades del día de Acción de Gracias en PUNTACANA Resort & Club
Dear Property Owners:
Once again, it is our pleasure to invite you to the different Thanksgiving Dinners that we will be offering all around our Resort. Attached you will find promotional information on dinner options for La Yola Restaurant, with a finely selected set menu, Playa Blanca restaurant with a different menu selection and accompanied by a light jazz band (8:00pm), Bamboo restaurant, located at TORTUGA BAY, will be offering a Thanksgiving Buffet and finally, a catered menu, done by our chef Joanna Bermudez, if you decide to stay home with your loved ones. (By order only)

Adjunto, podrán encontrar información promocional sobre el restaurante La Yola, con un fino menú elaborado para la ocasión, el restaurante Playa Blanca, que tendrá otra selección en el menú y acompañado de una banda de jazz ligero (8:00pm) y el restaurante Bamboo, localizado en TORTUGA BAY, que tendrá un Buffet con motivo de Acción de Gracias. Finalmente, estaremos tomando órdenes para la elaboración de cenas completas, para aquellos que deseen quedarse en casa con sus seres queridos. Membresía para Juniors en el Campo de Golf La Cana / Junior Membership at La Cana Golf Course
Estimados Propietarios:
El campo de Golf La Cana ha iniciado una nueva etapa en lo que es promover el deporte del golf a niveles juveniles en la zona. Desde el mes de Septiembre del año en curso, La Cana esta ofreciendo membresías para jóvenes de 7 a17 años de edad, las cuales incluyen entrenamientos con profesionales de manera gratis, horarios de jugadas en el campo, sesiones en el campo de práctica, competencias y varias actividades más para entusiasmar a esta próxima generación de golfistas. El programa organizará 2 torneos durante el año escolar, uno en diciembre y el otro en Mayo del 2010.
Contando con un campo de practica recién renovado de 380 yardas de largo y 75,000 pies de área de tees, La Cana le ofrece a los “juniors” unas instalaciones de primera categoría donde aprenderán desde las reglas y normas básicas hasta la disciplina necesaria para practicar este exigente deporte. Los instructores son miembros del PGA de los Estados Unidos y Europa con años de experiencia y conocimiento, calificados para certificar a estos jóvenes y llevarlos al nivel competitivo.
Las Membresías incluyen:
• Uso ilimitado del campo de practica y bolas después de las 2:00pm
• Green Fees después de las 4:00pm (Caminando Solamente)
• Lecciones gratis durante el año escolar todos los Jueves.
• Certificaciones de juego y reglas
Dichas membresías son validas del 1ro de Septiembre al 31 de Agosto del 2010 y tienen un costo de US$350 para el primer hijo, US$300 para el segundo hijo y US$250 para el tercero. Pueden comunicarse con La Cana Golf Club a la dirección de correo golf@puntacana.com o llamando al (809) 959-4653.

In the past month of September, La Cana started a Junior Membership Program, oriented to youngsters ages 7 to 17. Such program includes free golf clinics with professionals, golf schedules, driving range sessions, competitions and a wide range of related activities to motivate this new generation of golfers. Two tournaments will be organized during the school year, one in December and the other on May 2010.
La Cana, with its newly renovated practice range, 380 yards long and 75,000 sq feet of tee area, offers juniors top notch facilities, enabling them to learn from the basic norms and regulations to the necessary discipline to practice this demanding sport. All instructors are PGA members, both in the USA and Europe with years of experience and the knowledge to certify these young golfers and take them to a competitive level.
The membership includes:
Unlimited use of driving range and balls after 2:00 P.M.
Green fees after 4:00 P.M (Walking Only)
Complimentary Junior training on Thursday’s throughout the school year.
Rules and playing certifications.

Quisiéramos informarles que, a partir del miércoles 04 de noviembre a las 3:00pm y hasta el domingo 08 de noviembre (inclusive), el área de la piscina de Casa Club estará fuera de servicio a causa de un evento privado. El área de la playa se mantiene abierta hasta el sábado a las 3:00pm ese mismo día.
En adición, el servicio del restaurante Grill, el sábado 07 de noviembre será ofrecido en el restaurante Coccoloba en un horario especial de 11:00am a 3:00pm.
Invitamos a todos lo clientes a pasar a Playa Blanca o los restaurantes del PUNTACANA Hotel que mantendrán sus horarios de servicio como de costumbre.

We invite all clients to enjoy Playa Blanca and the restaurant at The PUNTACANA hotel that will maintain the regular schedules.
