FAQ’s The Estates Experience, home rental program.

1. How much should i tip the staff?

Tipping the staff is at your discretion and always very much appreciated. It is customary for our guests to extend gratuities to the staff in appreciation for their hard work and exceptional service. To help you plan, we have provided the recommended guidelines: 10%of the villa rental price to be divided among the staff. Gratuities must be paid in cash and directly to the staff. If you wish to charade gratitude to your villa billing, it is subject to processing fees and 12% cash advanced fee.

2. Are the villas and condos Pet friendly?

In general, the villas and condos are not friendly. Nonetheless some exceptions apply. You must specify if you are travelling with a pet so we can find the most appropriate option for you. Keep in mind that regardless if we might be able to accommodate you with your pet, the common areas at the resort such as Beach, restaurants and bars, are not pet friendly.

3. When booking with you, do I have access to the “Ojos Indígenas” Ecological Park & Reserve and other facilities?

Yes, Access to the following facilities are complementary to the estates experience clients: La Cana Golf & Beach Club, Playa Blanca.Beach restaurant, the Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park, Gym Hacienda.

4. What is the VIP assistance service at the Punta Cana International Airport?

Our expert greeters will meet you at the VIP Reception of your terminal, to complete any departing forms required by our local entities. They then will escort you through airline check-in, Security fast-track, immigration and guide you to our VIP Lounge until boarding time.. This service is complementary to guests booking a villa with The Estates Experience.

5. Does the villa and apartments includes staff?

Our villas are staffed with at least a maid and a villa manager. Some villas have more than one maid and others may also include a gardener, a pool guy, a butler and/or a chef. It will depend on the villa please let us know your needs and we will do our best to accommodate them. Apartments rents does not include cleaning service during the stay.

6. Can I rent the villa without the staff?

The staff is provided take care of you during your vacation so you can simply relax and have a good time. We do not recommend to rent under this conditions.

7. How to Grocery shopping?

We want you to enjoy your vacation and not waste time on this tasks, we offer a personalized grocery shopping service with an additional price. This service must be requested in advanced. If you wish to personally grocery shop, there is a supermarket 12 min. from the resort and your villa manager will be happy to arrange a transfer service for you. They are also different restaurants options within the resort.
