Our villa staff are dedicated professionals ready to enhance your stay. They include housekeepers, gardeners, and some villas, also include cooks & butlers, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. For any specific needs or requests, please feel free to communicate with your concierge.

Our concierge service is available to assist with any needs you may have before and during your stay. Whether you require dining reservations, excursion bookings, grocery or any special arrangements, our concierge team is here to help make your stay seamless and memorable.

Tipping the staff is at your discretion and always very much appreciated. It is customary for our guests to extend gratuities to the staff in appreciation for their hard work and exceptional service. To help you plan, we have provided the recommended guidelines: 10% of the villa rental price to be divided among the staff.

Our villas are equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. As clients from the Estates Experience program, you will also have the following amenities:

Our expert greeters will meet you at the aircraft or Jet Bridge. You will be escorted to the arrival lounge to clear immigration avoiding crowds and lines while enjoying a cold drink. Your bags will be retrieved from the carousel with the help of our porters. You will be escorted through preferential lane in customs and finally to your transportation arranged by your concierge.

After completing your airline check-in process, you will meet our expert greeters in our VIP departure fast-track lounge. They then will escort you through security and immigration fast-track, and instruct you on how to get to your boarding gate.
