Ponte Vedra Beach, FLORIDA. - The PGA TOUR and Puntacana Resort & Club confirm the four-year extension of the Corales Puntacana Championship, the first PGA TOUR event in the Dominican Republic, to be held at the Corales Golf Course.

The Corales Puntacana Championship, valid for 300 FedExCup points, will take place March 21-27, 2022, with live broadcast coverage on Golf Channel and will be played as an additional event in conjunction with the World Golf Championship -Dell Technologies Match Play.

After a successful stint with the Korn Ferry Tour, the tournament was elevated to a PGA TOUR event in 2018. The tournament continued to grow and prosper to make a lasting impact in the community.
