Puntacana Resort is elevating the 2026 Holy Week experience with an exclusive lineup of culinary, wellness and Caribbean lifestyle

Puntacana Resort celebrated Easter 2026 with a diverse program that transformed each of its spaces into settings for unique experiences, blending fine dining, wellness, and entertainment in a luxurious beachfront environment along the Caribbean Sea.
Throughout the season, iconic locations such as Tortuga Bay Puntacana, The Westin Puntacana Resort, and La Cana Golf & Beach Club offered a curated agenda designed for guests seeking exclusivity and authenticity.
At Tortuga Bay Puntacana, the experience took on an intimate and cultural character, featuring themed dinners at Bamboo restaurant, flamenco nights, open-air cinema, and gatherings that combined live music with local craftsmanship, reinforcing the connection between luxury and culture.
At The Westin Puntacana Resort, the focus was on wellness and music, with sunrise yoga sessions, open-air Pilates, and activations such as Family Splash on the beach. The experience was complemented by seafood dining (Ocean Harvest) and poolside barbecues, as well as Caribbean jazz evenings at Don Queco Cigar Bar, creating a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere.
Meanwhile, La Cana Golf & Beach Club offered an elevated culinary experience at The Grill, with live-prepared fresh fish markets, reinterpretations of traditional dishes such as Sancocho del Mar, and authentic moments like tastings of habichuelas con dulce, integrating Dominican tradition into a contemporary format.
The iconic Playa Blanca restaurant stood out as one of the social hubs of the season, featuring DJ sessions by the sea that enhanced long days of gastronomy, mixology, and open views of the Caribbean.
The sports and social component came to life at the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center, which hosted tennis and padel tournaments, while venues such as The Village Puntacana offered family-friendly experiences, including the traditional Easter egg hunt.
As part of the week’s highlighted agenda, Puntacana Resort also hosted the successful ninth (IX) edition of the Save the Children – Gulf Charity Polo Cup, held at the Puntacana Polo Club. The event brought together prominent players and guests for a high-level sporting occasion, establishing itself as one of the most relevant social gatherings of the season.
Additionally, the Puntacana Foundation contributed a sustainability-focused experience through its Farmer’s Market, promoting local products at the Equestrian Center and connecting visitors with the region’s agricultural richness.
The program was rounded out with liturgical celebrations and wellness experiences at The Spa Puntacana, incorporating moments of reflection within an offering that balanced sophistication, nature, and tradition.
With this edition, Puntacana Resort reaffirms its position as one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive destinations, where each season becomes a thoughtfully curated experience that goes beyond traditional hospitality.
